The setup: your policies, turned into modules

We turn each of your policies into a module in the same format as the library: short sections, read-aloud, and critical points checked every attempt. The policy wording is kept exactly as you supplied it.

A person reads and cross-checks every policy and every module. You approve the list of modules first, then we meet to review the finished modules and make your changes before anything goes live.

We can also add standard modules that suit your sector, such as the Child Safe Standards for Victorian organisations.

Every organisation’s policies are different, so the setup is quoted once we have seen what you have.

Who counts as a user?

Anyone with an account on your organisation: frontline staff, managers and administrators. People you remove stop counting from the next billing period.

Are prices in Australian dollars?

Yes. We will confirm whether GST applies on your quote and invoice.

What does the setup quote cover?

Turning your policies into modules, a person checking every one, a review meeting with your team, and the changes you ask for before go-live. It is a one-off cost, quoted once we have seen your policies.

Will you change our policy wording?

No. The wording is kept exactly as you supplied it, and your originals stay in the platform as your policy library.

Is the certificate an accredited qualification?

No. Flow Platform issues a certificate of completion, generated from the record of what each person completed and when. Anyone can check it is genuine.
